The Parable of the Tribes: The Problem of Power in Social Evolution, although the whole book is, in a sense, about justice, the question of justice is treated most directly in that part of Chapter 6 entitled "Artificial Wholeness: Justice as the Antidote to Power."

The Illusion of Choice: How the Market Economy Shapes Our Destiny, see especially chapter 2, "Questions of Power and Justice," which is a critique of the assertion by the market ideologists that the free market gives to each actor rewards commensurate with the value of their contribution.
